Bruce obtained his Water Distribution 1 certification in 2007. He is the district's chief water operator.
He is responsible for the "nuts and bolts" of the water operation; as well as, compliance with State Drinking Water Standards. He oversees the Water Distribution Operator.

Alleghany County Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Alleghany County Water District
